Zevi Joshua Horowitz

Zevi Joshua Horowitz, also known as the Ribash, was a notable figure in the Moravian Hasidic movement. Born in 1760, he was the son of Shmuel Shmelke Horowitz of Nikolsburg, a prominent rabbinic family. As a member of this esteemed family, Zevi Joshua Horowitz was exposed to a rich tradition of Jewish learning and leadership from a young age.
