Edward Bleiberg

Edward Bleiberg is an American scholar with expertise in archaeology and Egyptology. His academic background includes a degree from Haverford College, as well as graduate studies at prestigious institutions such as Yale University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He ultimately earned his Master's and Doctoral degrees from the University of Toronto, laying the foundation for his future career.

As a curator of Egyptian, Near Eastern, and classical art at the Brooklyn Museum, a position he has held since 1998, Bleiberg has had the opportunity to pursue his research interests in various areas, including the experiences of Jewish minorities in the ancient world and the burial customs of ancient Egypt. In addition to his academic work, he has also made appearances in documentary films, such as King Tut's Gold, sharing his knowledge with a broader audience.
