Muslim supporters of Israel

Muslim supporters of Israel are a group of individuals who identify as Muslims or have a cultural Muslim background, yet advocate for the Jewish people's right to self-determination. This stance is often referred to as Muslim Zionism or Islamic Zionism, and entails support for the existence of a Jewish homeland in the Southern Levant, an area traditionally known as the Land of Israel. The modern State of Israel, established in this region, is the focal point of their backing.
Despite the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the broader Arab-Israeli conflict, these supporters maintain their stance, which is considered unconventional within the Muslim world. The legitimacy of the Israeli state has been disputed since its inception, and as a result, backing for its right to exist is not a prevalent view among Muslims. Consequently, Muslim supporters of Israel constitute a minority group, holding a unique position that sets them apart from the majority perspective within their cultural and religious community.
